On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Northwestern Lehigh High School standout Carter Welch’s current college team, the Delaware Fightin’ Blue Hens, lost 7-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the FIU Golden Panthers.
The game took place at FIU Baseball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Golden Panthers this season.
The Fightin’ Blue Hens’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 12 p.m. at FIU Baseball Stadium against FIU Golden Panthers.
