On Friday, Feb. 28, former Northwestern Lehigh High School standout Carter Welch’s current college team, the Delaware Fightin’ Blue Hens, won 14-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Bryant Bulldogs.
The game took place at Bob Hannah Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.
The Fightin’ Blue Hens’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 2 p.m. at Bob Hannah Stadium against Bryant Bulldogs.
