Lehigh Carbon Community College issued the following announcement.
Students interested in taking classes in the spring 2021 semester at Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) can register for courses beginning in October. Classes start January 15, 2021. Veterans and members of the military receive preferential registration, which began Oct. 9. Online and in-person registration for all students begins Oct. 12. Students can register online through Jan. 21, 2021.
New students can apply for admission at www.lccc.edu.
Tuition and fees for LCCC’s 14-week spring semester are due on or before Dec. 2, and after that date are due at the time of registration. In addition, a payment plan is available and can be set up through the myLCCC portal. Students can pay online or in person at the Business Office in Schnecksville, as well as sites in Tamaqua and Allentown.
Registration for the accelerated winter online session, which runs Dec. 13, 2020, through Jan. 13, 2021, is also available now.
Classes will be mostly offered online and remotely. Online courses provide course content, assignments and all assessments within the Canvas learning management system. Remote courses provide a live, real-time virtual classroom experience for students who do not attend class in person. Flight training classes are held at the Lehigh Valley International Airport.
