The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Susan Wild, Susan Wild for Congress, refunded $200 to Ruthi Cohen on Aug. 15, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Susan Wild for Congress has refunded $4,500 total since March 1.
