The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Darryl P. Hendricks, Scheller for Congress, Inc., refunded $10,000 to William Hand on April 7, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Scheller for Congress, Inc. has refunded $53,100 total since Nov. 1, 2020.
