Of the 4,693 people living in Fountain Hill in 2020, 52.3 percent (2,455) were women and 47.7 percent (2,238) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Lehigh Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 160. In the 65 and over age range, there were 640 females and 263 males.
