Cedar Crest College Athletics issued the following announcement on Jan. 17.
The Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) has announced the following changes to its 2022 COVID-19 Rescheduling Policy for men's and women's basketball.
For conference contests postponed due to COVID-19, schools are encouraged to reschedule the contest if there is an available date mutually agreed upon by both schools.
Consideration should be given to the number of days in between scheduled contests for the health and well-being of student-athletes.
If a contest is ultimately canceled due to COVID-19 issues or the inability to reschedule that game will be labeled as a "no contest" and will not count toward win/loss records for either team.
The CSAC Athletic Directors will continue to monitor the progress of the regular season and may develop alternate formats for the conference playoff tournament at a later date.
