6:30 pm - Band & Orchestra report for concert…
7:00 pm - Chorus reports for concert (to cafeteria)
Concert is expected to end at approximately 8:30.
*Will also use the band, chorus, orchestra rooms, and cafeteria!
*Needed: Sound system, piano, stage lighting, and chorus risers
