Tennis Slotted Second in CSAC Preseason Coaches' Poll

Cedar Crest College Athletics issued the following announcement on Mar. 4.

The Cedar Crest College tennis team was picked second in the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Preseason Coaches' Poll, as announced by the league office on Friday afternoon. The Falcons collected 40 total points in the poll.

Cairn University took the top spot with 49 points and all seven first-place votes. The Falcons fell right behind the Highlanders with 40 points. Rosemont was selected third with 24 points.

Notre Dame of Maryland University and Clarks Summit each registered 22 points and were tied for fourth, while Bryn Athyn (20) and Saint Elizabeth University (19) rounded out the poll.

The top four teams will qualify for the CSAC Tournament, which is set to begin on Friday, April 29, with the championship set for Saturday, April 30.

The Falcons will open their spring season on Saturday, March 26 at Neumann University. First serve is set for 1:00 p.m
