Stretch out, warm up, and take a lap - join us Wednesday May 11 from 5-7pm for the Grand Opening of Life Advance Fitness on State Street in Emmaus. The open house will be from 5-6pm with the ribbon cutting at 5:30pm. Stay for the 6pm boxing class and get a feel for what the culture and workouts look like with Vince and his team!
