Cedar Crest College Athletics issued the following announcement on June 24.
The Cedar Crest College swimming and diving team received a Team Academic Award with a 3.68 cumulative GPA as an affiliate member in the Atlantic East Conference, while also naming 10 student-athletes to the All-Academic Team.
At the end of the academic year, the Commissioner/SID will compile a list of all full-time student-athletes who have received an overall 3.20 cumulative GPA or better for the year (Fall and Spring semesters).
To be eligible for the Atlantic East All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must:
- Earn a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or greater for the Fall and Spring semesters
- Earn a varsity letter in the respective sport
- Use a season of eligibility, as defined by the NCAA, and
- Meet all other NCAA eligibility requirements for participation in their respective sport
