Cedar Crest Performing Arts Announces 2022-23 Season

Looking to catch a show? Get ready to mark your calendar — the Performing Arts Department has announced its schedule of performances for the 2022-2023 season. All productions will be presented in Cedar Crest’s Samuels Theatre.

Clue: On Stage | Thursday, September 29—Sunday, October 2

This hilarious and murderously fun play is based on the Paramount Pictures motion picture and the Hasbro board game. Each performance will include a special event for the audience's enjoyment. Directed by JoAnn Basist.

Ghost Stories and Approaching Lavender | Thursday, October 27 – Sunday, October 30

Two one-act plays directed by Clair M. Freeman 

DanceWorks | Thursday, November 17 – Sunday, November 20

Fall dance showcase featuring works by student and alumnae choreographers

Company: The Musical | Thursday, February 23 – Sunday, February 26

Musical directed by Bill Mutimer 

Keely and Du | Thursday, March 23 – Sunday, March 26

1994 play written by Jane Martin, directed by Clair M. Freeman 

Spring Dances | Thursday, April 20 – Sunday, April 23

Spring dance showcase choreographed by Dance Department faculty and performed by students  

V.O.I.C.E. Concerts | Sunday, December 4 & Sunday, April 30

Two free vocal concerts performed by Cedar Crest’s V.O.I.C.E. group (Voices of Inclusion Choral Ensemble) and directed by Cristina Makowicz
