Senator Jarrett Coleman and the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) are organizing a virtual event aimed at guiding prospective college students through the financial aid application process. Scheduled for January 29, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., the session will include a presentation on financial aid and college planning, followed by a question-and-answer segment.

The event is designed for anyone interested in higher education, regardless of their current educational status or age. Senator Coleman expressed his commitment to aiding families in understanding the complexities of college applications. "The college application process can be confusing for both students and parents. I’m pleased to partner with PHEAA to offer families this valuable informational webinar as they navigate applying to college," he stated.

Michael Burke, a Higher Education Access Partner from PHEAA, will lead the session, offering detailed insights into college planning and guidance on how to apply for available aid programs.

Interested participants are encouraged to register online and direct any inquiries about the event to Coleman's office at 484-861-4964.
