Census Bureau: 77.3 percent of people in Lehigh County were old enough to vote in 2019

Of the 365,052 citizens living in Lehigh County in 2019, 282,266 were old enough to vote as of Jan. 26, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 146,454 of those people were female and 135,812 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
